Privacy Policy
Effective 22 July 2026 · Last updated 22 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Aberkane Software House FZ LLC ("Aberkane Software House", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information across our mobile apps (iOS and Android), web apps, and websites — together, the "Services".
We apply this policy to every product we operate. Because our Services differ, not every part applies to every product: some apps require an account, some offer purchases, and some collect very little. Where a section applies only to certain Services, we say so. Individual apps may also provide a short, app-specific privacy notice; where it conflicts with this policy for that app, the app-specific notice controls for that app.

1. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
- Account information — such as your name, email address, username, and password when you create an account. Passwords are stored in hashed form; we never store them in plain text.
- Profile and content — information and content you choose to add or create within a Service (for example, projects, settings, or files), depending on the app.
- Purchases — when you buy a subscription or make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple, Google, or our payment processor. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the product, purchase date, and a transaction identifier), but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
- Support and communications — the contents of messages you send us and any information you include when you contact support or fill in a form.
Information we collect automatically
- Device and technical data — device model, operating system and version, language, time zone, network information, and app version.
- Identifiers — app-generated or account identifiers, and, where applicable, device advertising identifiers (see Advertising & tracking).
- Usage data — how you interact with a Service, such as features used, screens viewed, and actions taken, used to operate and improve the product.
- Diagnostics — crash reports, performance data, and error logs that help us find and fix problems.
- Approximate location — some Services may infer coarse location from your IP address. We only collect precise location if a Service needs it and you grant permission; you can withdraw that permission at any time in your device settings.
- Cookies and similar technologies — on our websites and web apps, we use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and analytics. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser or any consent controls we provide.
Information from third parties
If you sign in using a third-party provider (such as Apple or Google) or connect a third-party service, we receive the information you authorize that provider to share, such as your name and email address. We may also receive limited information from our analytics and advertising partners as described below.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, and create and manage your account;
- Process purchases, subscriptions, and renewals, and provide receipts and support;
- Personalize and improve the Services, and develop new features;
- Understand how the Services are used through analytics, and diagnose and fix crashes and errors;
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support requests, and — where you have not opted out — send push notifications;
- Display and measure advertising in Services that include ads (see Advertising & tracking);
- Protect the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and keep our users safe; and
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. Legal bases for processing (EEA/UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases: to perform our contract with you (providing the Services you request); our legitimate interests (operating, securing, and improving the Services, and understanding usage) balanced against your rights; your consent (for example, for optional analytics, personalized advertising, or push notifications, where required); and to comply with a legal obligation. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers — companies that process data on our behalf to run the Services, such as cloud hosting and storage, analytics, crash reporting, push-notification delivery, payment processing, and customer support. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
- Platform providers — Apple and Google process your purchases and subscriptions made through their app stores under their own terms and privacy policies.
- Advertising partners — in Services that show ads, we may share limited data with advertising partners as described in Advertising & tracking. Depending on the settings and your jurisdiction, this may be considered "sharing" or a "sale" under certain U.S. state laws; see U.S. state privacy rights.
- At your direction — when you choose to share content or connect a third-party service.
- Legal and safety — when we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this policy or notify you of any material change.
5. Analytics and crash reporting
We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how our Services are used and to keep them stable — for example, a product-analytics platform (such as PostHog) and crash and performance-monitoring providers. These tools collect usage events, device and diagnostic data, and identifiers on our behalf. We use this information in aggregate to improve the Services and not to build advertising profiles about you. Where required, we ask for your consent before enabling non-essential analytics, and you can opt out through in-app settings or your device controls where available.
6. Advertising and tracking
Some of our Services may display advertising. Where they do, our advertising partners may use device advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads.
- On iOS, we request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking you across apps and websites owned by other companies, or before accessing your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) for that purpose. If you do not grant permission, we do not track you in that way.
- On Android, advertising uses the Google Advertising ID. You can reset or delete this identifier and opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
- On the web, you can manage advertising and analytics cookies through your browser or any consent controls we provide.
You can limit ad tracking at any time using the device controls above. Not all of our Services contain advertising; those that do will make it clear in the app.
7. Push notifications
With your permission, we may send push notifications to your device for updates, reminders, and important account or security information. To deliver them, we and our providers process a device push token. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device settings.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and afterwards only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will act in accordance with applicable law.
10. International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and work with service providers in other countries, so your information may be processed outside your country of residence, including in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place (such as standard contractual clauses) for these transfers.
11. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, port, or delete your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; and to withdraw consent. You can exercise many of these directly in a Service's settings, or by contacting us at hello@aberkane.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
12. U.S. state privacy rights
If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access, correct, or delete it; and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information for money. Some Services that show ads may "share" limited information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by these laws; you can opt out by using the device and browser controls described in Advertising & tracking or by contacting us at hello@aberkane.io. We honor recognized opt-out preference signals where required. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
13. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time. In apps that support accounts, open the app's Settings → Account → Delete Account, or email us at hello@aberkane.io and we will delete your account and personal data, subject to any information we must retain by law.
Deletion removes your account and the personal data associated with it from our active systems. Some information may remain in backups for a limited period before being overwritten, and we may retain records we are legally required to keep. Purchases and subscriptions are managed by the app store and are governed by Apple's or Google's policies.
14. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@aberkane.io and we will take steps to delete it.
15. Third-party services and links
Our Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, products, and services that we do not control. This policy does not apply to them, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third party you interact with.
16. App stores
When you download our apps or make purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use of those platforms is also subject to Apple's and Google's own terms and privacy policies. Each app's App Store or Google Play listing includes an App Privacy or Data Safety summary of the data that app collects; this Privacy Policy provides the full detail behind those summaries.
17. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate (for example, in the app or by email). Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
